Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Giulio Leucci
Giulio Leucci is a seasoned infrastructure investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the development, management, and acquisition of listed and private infrastructure across North America and Europe. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Indeed as well as owner of Hermes Infra Holdings and a senior advisor at Morgan Stanley and Ferrovie dello Stato. Giulio specializes in the origination, execution, and asset management of energy infrastructure assets. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at AustralianSuper, Nieuport Infrastructure Partners, and Partners Group., Edizione. He is also an active investor in energy assets bringing strategic insight and expertise to the sector.

Juhani Sillanpaa
Juhani has spent approximately 20 years in the infrastructure sector in Europe. In these roles, he has been deeply involved in developing strategies that have enabled sustainable and continuous growth.
As CSO at Adven, the leading “Behind the Gate” company in the Nordic countries, Juhani played a central role in the leadership team, overseeing corporate strategy and inorganic growth initiatives. During his tenure, Adven completed two full strategic planning cycles, expanded product offering into new areas, and achieved significant growth both organically and inorganically, culminating in the company’s sale to JP Morgan Infrastructure.

Aaron Heger
Aaron has over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and consulting. His previous experience from the infrastructure corporate finance teams at ABN AMRO and RBS, includes a wide range of M&A transactions, capital raising (both debt and equity), and strategic initiatives for clients in the civil aviation, maritime, rail, and logistics sectors. He later joined the infrastructure corporate finance boutique Hillbrook Partners, which was subsequently integrated into Global Infrastructure Partners.
Since 2018, Aaron has advised clients in the energy and aviation sectors on growth strategies, value creation opportunities, acquisitions, and fundraising.

Giuseppe Colaci de Vitis
Giuseppe is a mechanical engineer who built experience in multinational companies before creating his own engineering company specialising in sustainable and energy saving thermal and energy solutions. He has designed and managed the construction of over 300 sustainable energy systems and his expertise also includes environmental acoustics, fire prevention, and Level II thermography.
As a recognized expert, Giuseppe is a trainer and speaker both at regional and national levels. He is accredited energy and environmental sustainability certifier, has ICMQ Energy Management Expert (EGE) certification and has CasaClima Agency training for Low Energy Building design.
