The Energy as a Service (EaaS) Model
Through our Energy as a Service model, we partner with our industrial and commercial customers and suppliers to design, own and operate reliable, sustainable, energy efficient, and economical solutions creating value for our customers and societies.
1-Create
Following the initial meeting IndEvo Energy will ask the client to provide details on their ‘normal’ production patterns including some real historic energy consumption data. Based on this data IndEvo Energy will work with the Client to create concept design to fit their production need.
2-Build and Own
The solution is further defined and agreed. IndEvo Energy and the client enter into a long term agreement describing the cooperation model. Following this IndEvo Energy will build the solution accordingly. IndEvo Energy will pay for the Capex and have the equipment in their balance sheet.
3-Operate
IndEvo Energy will operate and maintain the equipment whilst the client buy the energy in accordance to the contract. Throughout the life of the contract IndEvo Energy operates in close partnership with the client and key operational decisions are coordinated in between the operational teams (maintenance breaks etc).
4-Evolve
Partnering with IndEvo Energy opens up an opportunity to continuously improve your energy processes. As technology and your needs evolve over time, the system can be upgraded and expanded even during the contract period to maintain good fit for the demand patterns.
